Haha - I gotta agree this one was very tricky. I solved it - reloaded the game - and still couldn't figure it out right away I had to edit the vid! 😀🤦♂️ Glad it helped - good luck.
With absolute no information on how to do this I thank you for the video. My guess in the game was that it had to go towards the MASSIVE LIGHT ABOVE THE DOOR. Not the statues next too it…
This puzzle was pretty hard..damn..I sometimes feel like I'm getting dumber the older I get lol.. Either way.. Thank you very very much for the video..it saved my tv .I was frustrated and about to put my foot through the center of my flat screen..So thank you..You saved me $500 bucks

I know that feeling well and glad the vid helped avoid all that!! 😀 But I personally don't think you're dumb or old - it was a tricky weird puzzle without much direction - and then you run around and hang and climb and it's easy to get turned around. You're a proud and honorable Viking warrior who doesn't always have time to put light orbs in exactly the right spot!!! 🪓🗡⚔
Haha - one of my mistakes was I didn't listen to Kassandra in the begining - she says aim at the plates but I didn't listen so that cost me a lot of time! Happy to help, friend.
Thank you so much for the guide! I was struggling with this, I couldn’t move the beam because there was a dead body when I was fighting earlier, it blended in with the ground so I couldn’t see it but when I moved it, i was able to move the last beam in place and then it worked lmfao

Thank you for starting the video earlier, with the subs, i tought i had to do something before Kassandra set the light on for like an hour until i watch the video and discovered it was a bug that she stand still doing nothing 😂
Game developers we don't give af about solving puzzles just make gameplay good outside if that we don't want to be thinking so much we'd just go back to school
@@drewsmith3329 Haha - if my IQ was 200 I doubt it would have taken me two hours! 😆 And even then I had to edit the parts out of the video of me being completely lost! 😆 Just glad we're all past it now!
It can be frustrating for sure but I like to look at it as a challenge to our patience and intellect that goes along with the challenges to our strength and warrior skills.
@@PopPopGames hey so I am having trouble with this, when I’ve activated the first beam, kassandra doesn’t move an inch and I’ve reloaded saves and even had to reload all the way back to when you first sail to the island and it still is glitched , I don’t know what to do
I’ve watch 4 videos on this and I’m the only one who has the light mechanism misaligned. The movable light mechanism at the back of the room furthest away from the door, should simply catch light and flow to the second furthest (which is the one that hits the door plate on the right). That light mechanism for some reason on my game is 2 inches off and so I can’t finish the stage. Sucks
@@PopPopGames I actually joined a facebook valhalla group and someone there helped me out. It was just the placement of the mechanism, i was catching the light but apparently not enough to hit the one in front of it, so once I moved it right, it ws all good

@@PopPopGames when I played AC back 15 years ago it was good and simple. Right up too blackflag/rouge. Now it’s just gone out of control. Cheers for doing the videos. No 1 thinks of shooting arrows threw windows 🪟 etc
Actually, Kassandra turns the beam on - and you start redirecting it after that. After the ambush battle speak with Kassandra and then the sequence will begin - she will turn the beam on and you can get started. Good luck.
Some people have reported this area being a little buggy so you may need a restart - but before that try moving the last light beam out of place and then back and it may connect correctly. Then try moving any beam off target to break the chain - move away then back and reconnect to see if it connects correctly. Go into menu and change weapons. You get the idea - anything to jump start and move pat the bug. Good luck.

@@PopPopGames can you believe it took me two to three days to figure it out. I finally did it and now back in England raiding yelling Odin !!!! Actually I do the yelling wish they would do that in the game . Like in the first episodes of Vikings they did that. So cool
The order doesn't matter too much - just need to get them aligned in those directions - angled to the endpoint in the vid. You can adjust the beams in different order if you want.
After you point a light beam at each of the two globes on opposite sides of the door (starting at 01:43 in the vid)- do you get the "gold beam" (02:12) coming out of it? Or does it not seem to recognize it? A few people have had to restart from entering the cave - but I haven't heard anyone say they never got past it.
Not sure if you mean at the end - one beam off the plates at the door? Cause if you mean that then you must be trying to use the same mirror/ball/pillar to hit both plates? Once you get one plate and Kassandra says "that's one" don't take the beam off that plate - use the ones shown in the vid. If you mean two beams vs one beam around the room - it's really just a matter of getting the reflections right - make sure to move the moveable pillar (00:26) correctly to utilize that reflection. Otherwise we might need a little more info if we're to help. Good luck.
We're already annoyed with the puzzle itself. It's even worse they made the mechanics suck so it's even more annoying jumping to each one. Ughh. Anyways thanks lol
Word is that the upcoming AC game Mirage will not have these puzzles - and few if any side quests - just a linear playthrough. So hopefully you enjoy that more!
For all that trouble and at that point in the game progress I would have at least liked some armor or weapons that were higher in grade then what I had
