I wish the house tours showed us more, the other bedrooms, the guest houses, etc. Also, it would really really neat to interview the people after they've settled in their new homes and see what changes they made!

I don't think they always actually buy the houses. Sometimes I think they force them to choose one of the three just for the show's sake. But I agree with you.

when houses are this expensive, it's easy to just think they're all great but by God, that first house was stunning! that kitchen alone was an architectural marvel. just like the client said, it flowed perfectly.

Naomi Frederick hahaha no it’s just that here in America most of our houses our in the suburbs located In neighborhoods that have quite streets. So we are just not use to A lot of noise when buying a house especially in certain places... that’s more something you expect when buying a apartment or condo in the city...again it’s not unheard of but it’s just one one of those things most Americans try to avoid when buying a house....

When the high range of a buyer is 8 million, a house of 9.9 million should never be shown unless the buyer states such. Let alone, the agent showed that fabulous home of 10 mil first. Nothing will compare to that one.

Asking prices can sometimes be deceptive, but showing that home first was kinda tough....then again, I think they're normally under contract before taping:)

They had probably already seen all three properties before taping would be my guess. It takes out the guesswork and any unforeseen surprises during taping!

Oh my goodness, I love the interior architectural detailing of the 100+ year old Hancock Park house. So very lovely! How I wish that architects/builders would design/build classic homes like this today. Nothing can compare! Was not a fan of the interior decorator's choices, simply because they were quite contemporary, including the cabinetry and countertop in the master bath, but those aspects could always be changed. It's just my opinion, because I prefer classic traditional decor. Thank you for sharing it with us here on RU-vid! ~ Janis from Florida

There aren’t many that build houses like that anymore everyone is worried about what’s the minimum work and cost I can put in to get the highest return instead of doing beautiful work and making a great house and not making as much profit

Truly speaking no.1 house is Jinormous after watching so many Episodes. Houses you have shown to so many people as per their requirement but this house is Spectacular. After seeing this house person becomes SPEECHLESS

First house is huge, the mostly white looks like what everyone else does. Paul Newman's house, hands down, location, land, historical ties to a legend, he had one of the longest marriages in the movie business, great vibes, I wish you many happy years there! Great choice.

Omg the third one, i could see my self as an old lady, wearing my pair of glasses, reading a book while my old cat is taking a nap on my lap, and my grandkids are running in the yard in front of me. it was my favorite! Although it needs some repairs

The 3rd house pool is going to be hell to take care of. It sits right under a cliff with trees that can drop leaves and stuff. Also, when it does rain in LA, that cliff is going to turn into mud and could be dangerous.

That 3th house has a lot of character. Wow. But with all the different level spaces outside and the garden etc. , it will take a lot of work to clean it etc. Plus the bathroom and kitchen really are too small. And some ceilings were not high enough for her, even with flat shoes...

When I look at the size of these houses I think first: who is going to clean all that space? Then I remember that these are rich people we are talking about. It shows how poor I am. I can’t afford someone cleaning for me. That’s why I bought a small house. That and because I’m poor 🤪

House #3, would be my choice! I loved house #1; but it was to big and to much of an up keep! Number 2 house was to small! She will have plenty of time to decorate #3! Just beautiful! 👍💎👍

Tatiana. Gradually warming to modern properties in la as previously my choice would be something like owlwood but it's possible to combine the old with the new. Love the first property is certainly go for that one. I meant I'd certainly go for that one. Take care. Rog. Pacific sunset records.

The 1st house was amazing however Hancock park it's kind of a So so area surrounded by really bad areas, you couldn't beat number 3 it was half the price of number one plus it was Beverly Hills plus it was amazing square footage in the land I think it was clearly The Choice

I agree about Hancock Park! I love it too; but you do have to leave the area for some crappy surroundings! 😒😏😒
