It's big and beautiful but so NOT cozy or comfortable looking. Would you want to live in place where you worried about breaking something, spilling something, or was so big your voice echoed? I don't think even if I had that kind of money I would want something that big and cold and museum like. I keep a very clean house and I do it myself, but I wouldn't soak so much money into furnishings and accessories that I was afraid of breaking something, staining something, worrying if my "friends" would rip me off, etc etc. If I had that kind of money I sure as heck wouldn't flaunt it. I would buy a beautiful historic home and renovate to my liking. Maybe a car or two. Last but not least, I would travel the world, live amongst the "natives" so to speak, and learn different cultures and their traditions.

@@irisheyesofbelfastif u live there.... if u break or spill something... u will most likely have people for fixing that :P .....and your friends will most likely have similar houses and I'm not hearing an echo and there are ways to fix that

The last one was a little outdated but idk, charming? It was just my favorite. It had character, it didnt look so copy and paste like the second. Also really home-y. Somewhere where you could cuddle up in the morning and relax. Ugh. Beautiful.

House No.2 is definitely my choice as well.. Anyway, I wonder what kind of engineer her husband is. Because I’m an engineer too and I’m renting out a room in an apartment! LOL Probably his “business” is something else?

I love the first home, for $6.8 million! But, you have to plant ice plants around the land and cut down those trees! When the fires come, it won't care about price! The property will dissolved in 2 sticks!! 😒

I can't believe she went with house #2. The view of it looked like a run-down beach shack. House #3 was perfect as that vintage had some warmth to it, and getting into Bel-Aire for 3.5 M is amazing to me.

I loved house #2; as well! I am so glad that Tatiana, showed her choosing the house! Good choice! House #3, needed too much work! 3.5 Mil., with no pool is outrigious!

The last place won it for me. It had way more character than the other houses. I'm just sad that she wanted to tear said character from it. Ugh. Hope someone buys it that will appreciate it.

Great houses, i love the second one, because it was really quiet. The living room was next to the enterdoor of the house. It come with a swimming pool and the design of the fire place looks so clean and modern. For 4.5Million$ it's a good Deal.

I must say that after watching this video again this lady understands her place in her relationship. She is not to make important decisions without her mate. If more would learn this and stop messing up money expecting their mate to just fix things there would be less stress and financial issues in relationships. Our Government operate on a budget and make decisions as one and so can we.

They show something off budget, a house they want them to buy, and if they’re still hesitant, they’ll throw some complete trash like house nr. 3 just so they’d be blindsided to buy the house nr. 2. Great job as a realtor!

The first house was very grand, but the style of it was focused on a more 'wow factor' theme and less convenience. For 6.8 million USD many of the rooms and spaces were sized stangley. They made the kitchen too large, as it's only a kitchen and a person/family may not spend all day in it, just to show the house has a massive kitchen (not very useful). The master was smaller than expected as for 6.8 I'd think they would splurge more budget on, what I believe, is the most important part of the home. However, the split master bedroom ensuite and WIR wings were very grand and a great idea!

I prefer the first house. It ticks all the boxes for me. I’m a guy and I want a big kitchen A LUXURIOUS BIG KITCHEN!!! and I mean that. Kinda disappointed with the woman’s taste she wanted a bigger master bedroom and the first house did have that but she wanted the second house 🙄😕 I don’t think the second houses master bedroom was that big.

I feel you me too!!! That couldn't be me 😐lol I need a HUGE chefs kitchen. I'm not paying millions of dollars for a small kitchen. I love to cook and need a huge island and 3-4 oven and a 8 burner stove. I'll pass on the closet because I don't have much clothes anyway, lol. Never was my thing. But I'll take a huge kitchen, moderate bathroom and bedroom above anything because I'm in there every day. Other areas can be small. But I need a huge huge kitchen. Thats the selling point of the house. If the kitchen is not big and luxurious. I'm not buying.
