Considering the million dollar price of those homes, they are all wall to wall,no privacy.Backyard neighbors looking into your backyard. If I had that kind of money, I would rather get something a little more private.I just hate wall to wall living.
I just walked to my kitchen and am now back in bed. If I had one of these I'd still be gps-ing my kitchen location and walking the 1/4 mile back to bed
I'll never understand why people need bedrooms and master bath the size of some people's entire homes. I'd rather have more entertaining area. House number 3 is gorgeous
@joy2440 good grief, that's for sure! I'm guessing that these people all have cleaning services that take care of them. If they can afford this type of living, they can definitely afford hired help 😊
Downsizing and closer to work. Considers home farther from work. Takes home same size as current home. The first bathroom was HUGE, a lot of wasted space.
1st and 3rd my favorite beautiful home love the pools and huge house! Spa master bathroom… if I was spending that much I would hire someone to keep up the maintenance with pool
House #1 is the BEST... more privacy and spacipus... house #2 is small and very Limited parking space... the ocean can get boring to look at after a while.. house #3 is a TRACT home....too cookie-cutter with no privacy with nosy neighbors on the hill looking right into the house....overpriced
Do you believe they are a Millionaires? I bet they are realtors. And if just in case they are, then they should change position the one with blue dress should be his wife. Look how the wife always between them she's afraid that the woman with blue dress will jump on him. "Women, you can't live with them and you can't live without them." Edit: 2nd house doesn't worth 4.4 M.
Plus the wife is need of a make over. Hard to believe she is in the interior design industry by her looks and letting her husband wear slacks that are need of tailoring.
Eu não abriria mão da vista para o mar. Prá mim, a mansão mais bonita era a segunda. Acordar pela manhã e ter o oceano como paisagem seria maravilhoso.
Honestly how much room do you need I really don’t understand why people have to have so much of everything only in America it’s like more more more greedy greedy greedy they probably don’t even have children two people that live in this mansion have a house what ever why don’t you get a smaller house and take the money that you could save and give it to the homeless people or donate it to a children’s home or help someone get off there streets I’m sure there be enough money left over
I understand this is California style living and I think the nice areas of California are great but for me if I was showed that first house for that cost, I would have felt insulted. This is one of the reasons I don't know if I would live in California. I'm not vain, so I'm not looking to be the envy of strangers I don't know. I prefer more house and privacy and probably would have to move way out in the boonies - some no name area where no one cares about what neighborhood you live in. LOL
Am I the only one that finds the host of this show incredibly annoying? Also, just because they've decided which house they like, doesn't mean they actually bought the house! There are so many unrealistic aspects to this show. No one sees 3 five million dollar homes in 1 day and chooses one. Just because they're wearing the same clothing for every visit, doesn't mean its the same day. Think about the amount of things you need to think about on a home that's 1500 square feet lol. Nice to see big, beautiful homes though.
Most houses in this price range come with the furnishings. The furnishings are NOT antiques, They ARE custom built for the property or the specific lifestyle of the area. Plus the people buying the houses are not buying "homes" but entertainment venues to suit thier lifestyle at that time. When their lifestyle ot tastes change, they change venues.
I like beautiful views just as much as the next person, but when I see folks buying homes at 5, 10, 15, 20, or millions more I literally scratch my head. Mainly because the price of a home doesn't necessarily make it spectacular in my opinion. For instance, house #2 isn't a home one could age-in-place in without modifications, but you would think it would be for the price. I'd prefer something more practical and less expensive.
A big reason why the homes are so expensive in California is because they don't build enough and they have wonky taxes. Prop 13 and a housing shortage take a big chunk of the blame for high prices.
I invest with Mrs Turner too, she charges a 20% commission on profit made after every trading As a first time investor I started trading with Mrs Eunice with just a thousand bucks. My portfolio is worth much more that now within just weeks of trading with her.
Amazing I also just started trading with Mrs Eunice Turner, she is the best at what she does with an initial investment of $1400 I made up to $5230 in just a week of trading with her, her strategies are mind blowing
