I love no. 3 house, the farmhouse, it was so beautifully decorated and the arrangement and design of the house is so cozy and inviting most especially the kitchen, i just love the breakfast nook area that's just around the corner , and the living room and dining areas are just so cool and relaxing , plus the animals around !
I love these kind of shows. I've never lived in California, but seeing the steep slopes and terraced vineyards reminds me of the California mudslides and wildfires and the danger of living in places like this.
I luv the 3rd house.....unique with incredible details & a vineyard. Imagine your own wine label & out of the three, it has a homey feel perfect for entertaining. I do love the views of the 2nd house & the gorgeous kitchen of the first, but for me, house no. 3 is definitely my preference without a doubt.😍😍😍
3 would have been perfect but it just seemed like going back to work . A vineyard and a farm... lol I’m tryna chill! Also, she was absolutely a dream to watch! She would make going to the dentist less scary!
@11:00 ..."Can I keep her? " 😀🤣 I really loved the first home and happy to see that she went with it instead of saving some money... she preferred nice life over bank account.
I loved house #1! It had everything! That would be my choice! Since she is retired house #2 and #3 are gorgeous but; They would put her out of retirement! Too much land and work!
Okay lets talk about Tricia - she mentioned she is retiring, well, she looks very young for her age, her skin is flawless, her body looks amazing. Wow, whats her secret?
House #1 was Love At First Sight. This simply elegant contemporary classic is grand, but cozy & uniquely lovely. I wish the Mediterranean style house could be mine. I love so.e features of House #3 like the roomd, stair rails, light fixtures & Backyard, but the farm & barn may be a Liability...This would be a great vacation home.
I would have choose #2, I loved that kitchen & could have redid the master bath. Those rocks at the house she chose will be a nightmare to swim with when the sand starts to come off.
Harry Potter ❣😊 When the realtor said , "Montana Ranch from the Philippines" I was like Philippines Represent❣ P.S. I hope our buyers in the Philippines are same as the buyers in the U.S. where they only have 3 choices and picked immediately...
Property no.2: the location looks dreamy and the property looks expensive in general. But I can't help it, the finishes and furnishing scream dated to me.
Why, in L.A, do you need 7 fireplaces? That seems very excessive! It’s nice for people to be able to enjoy their success but there should also be thoughtfulness when building/ buying a home. Why do Master bedrooms and bathrooms need to be so big? Are they going to be doing acrobatics in there?
House # 3would be way, way, way too much work . keeping Horses takes work..tending a vineyard is also hard work.. It would be a ton of work to upkeep. If the grapes were not harvested thoroughly..and not gotten all picked up.. on time what with them being in the hillsides in such close proximity to the home.and surrounding the back yard.. Any left over grapes would atteact tons of bugs and flies and the smell of rotting grapes on the ground surrounding your house would be akin to being in the middle of a vinegar factory..bleck!! Not to mention having all the horse manure close by.. from the horses...no doubt about it.. You would have a TON of flies. Not a wise set up.
