My sleep schedule is so out of whack. But you're right a routine would help out. Do u write out to do list? Or what helps u stay on track of your daily routine?
Thanks for checking out the video 😊. I do use to do lists most of the time because it keeps me organized on what I have to do and you feel a sense of accomplishment when you can check off each task. However, some find a to do list overwhelming and can get frustrated with themselves if they don’t get things done. Then they start “shoulding” on themselves (i.e. I should have done... why didn’t I do it). It’s a bit of trial and error to see what works for you. Whether, it’s writing out a list and feeling accomplished even if you only get 1 thing done or just having a mental checklist. Other things like setting a timer on your phone for how long you want to spend on a task, alarms and reminders help too.
