Finding A Character! | Akatsuki Blitzkampf: Ausf. Achse All Characters Overview! 

akatsuki blitzkampf in short is as follows: akatsuki has the blitz engine him, he's a cyborg of sorts. murakumo also has a prototype version of the blitzengine in him and his og name was Akatsuki 0, basically murakumo sends akatsuki on a mission because yada yada world war 2 and he has to ship shit to japan to help them against the nazis. ship and akatsuki get frozen, murakumo intended for this to happen. years later akatsuki wakes up from the ice unchanged in appearance then he meets old friends like fritz who have aged and some new faces like kanae and etc. basically murakumo now works with the nazis and shit who made a bootleg offbrand blitzengine and used it on adler, who made clones of himself called the E-Soldats and they also worked on multiple Blitztanks who also use the same gimmick but they're tanks (and supposedly the og blitztank was once a man). now akatsuki kinda has to go through the nazi forces and kill his big bro. mycale is like an ancient witch since the begining of time, she possesses people and causes them to do evil shit. perfecti is an example of mycale's doing. sai is just kinda, an immortal serpent-eye'd fuck who just likes doing whatever he wants and also is kinda immortal, his real name is claude. mary sue is a prostitute assassin and shit, you know. anonym is just the usual nun with a gun that mycale tries to possess at one point.

Glad that you picked it up! Actually you missed some stuff like reflectors, some throws, some buttons, didn't showed A+B+C supers, and played Sai with not his default color :D (actually I found A+B+C supers on stream, that Marilyn's very agressive massage though haha). Also, some characters have taunts, hehehe... If you liked Marilyn, you should've seen her in vanilla, where she is S-tier alongside Akatsuki and does really crazy stuff, but she is heavily (and unfairly; even her backdash is nerfed lmao) nerfed in AA (Akatsuki is not nerfed, huh), even some of her animations are worse aesthetically imo. She is like B-tier in AA, no fun and just press F. I did revamp of her page on wiki not long ago even with hyperlinks to showcase her combos and other stuff: wiki.mizuumi.net/w/Akatsuki_Blitzkampf/Marilyn_Sue, so it's easy to check how cool she is in original game. I main her so I know what i'm saying huh. She is also the only one who can walljump and has an autoguard special move. Also, man, just look at her sprites: www.spriters-resource.com/pc_computer/akatsukiblitzkampf/sheet/36960/ To be honest, outside of some backgrounds, some animations, some color schemes and presence of Perfecti with her damn epic music theme too, I don't like AA much. Imo, vanilla has better balance, interface, voice acting (Adler, Murakumo, Akatsuki), graphic effects (like special effects and afterimages, some (most?) backgrounds look better too), freaking tons of blood (hey almost everything of Fritz, Murakumo's [2]8+X and EX version, his A+B+C, Sai's A+B+C and Nun's guns), some animations and some (most?) color schemes are better too imo. I'll better have vanilla pc release with some tweaks here and there + Perfecti than AA port. I highy suggest you to check vanilla, and most of the people out here play online exactly it. En-Eins is a very different, weird deal and it's totally lost aesthetics of the series. En-Eins guy seems to be pretty cool, but he fits more to something like BlazBlue. Kati is a cutie too, but she replaced Mycale... Anyone interested can freely join Official ABK Discord and play with us! It has great aesthetics, music, characters, gameplay is easy but has enough depth at the same time, you don't feel overwhelmed with mechanics and options, but don't feel it to be too simplistic, courtesy of arcade fgs. Reflectors is an interesting mechanic too. I consider myself pretty casual fgs player, and ABK raised me a lot. It's a gem.

I get why Blitztank was chosen as the second ABK representative in BBTag, but I honestly feel like it would've been cool to have someone like Adler, Marylin, or Mycale join the roster too.

If they put these guys in bbtag they might have to refine the sprites or rebuild them from the ground up as it’s been years since these characters were originally playable

Kanae has 3C, which is a roll that goes around projectiles. I haven't played ausf.Achse, but it's in En-Eins (the sequel), so I'm sure its in this version as well.
