Finding a Game Concept in Unreal | Devlog #2 

Hey Thanks so much for the comments, really appreciate it. I do have some suggestions (these courses are on sale today but frequently go on sale and are EXCELLENT). It teaches you c++ the Unreal way which is something I found lacking with other courses: Udemy: C++: www.udemy.com/course/unreal-engine-the-ultimate-game-developer-course/ Blueprints: www.udemy.com/course/unreal-engine-blueprints-the-ultimate-developer-course/ For RU-vid I would check out Unreal Sensei and Freecodecamp RU-vid: ru-vid.com ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9Fd9hw329fY.html My last suggestion is to use the courses above more as reference guides, see how to do something, but try to build your own small game. So I would watch and maybe follow along so you get a general understanding of what questions you need to ask. Then you can make your game by solving small problem. Of course if you have any questions let me know and we can figure out the answer together

I have watched every single one so far and look forward to others! I have ordered an M1 MBP (because I love the Mac environment and really need something portable). I was scared at first (game dev on a mac??) But after watching your movies I feel much better for the Indy stuff I will be doing! Hopefully Epic will make UR 5 native to apple in the near future; ) Seriously thanks again!
