With me having PCOS, I’m always reading articles and books about my hormones and how I can better them pretty much “on my own”. I had symptoms for years before being proper diagnosed. Still, only being prescribed with birth control
Most doctors really don’t do much, it’s so sad - they should do much more than prescribing birth control or giving unhelpful tips like “relax” or “just try a low carb diet”. I am glad there are good books to read tho and I am always eager to learn new things. All the best for your journey ❤️

With me having thyroid and pcos at 22 due to improper diet and over exercising, i only hope people understand how important is to keep in mind, not doing anything in extreme. I was healthy before, had luscious hair but overweight. Instead of taking it slow, I hurried the process to lose weight faster. In the process of losing weight (without proper nutrients), i got diagnosed with thyroid, hairfall due to it. Thank you Anna♥️ loving your videos Hope people do not make the same mistake as i did.

The last few months i’ve been feeling the same way, working out everyday, working full time, trying to make time for my other half, my family, friends but also time for myself. Social media has definitely tricked me into thinking if i’m not constantly doing something then i’m slacking. I really needed this, feels comforting knowing someone feels the same. I knew it was bad when i felt like crying at the gym, was definitely burning myself mentally without even realizing this. Love the video! ❤️

The tap water vs. filtered water thing depends mostly on where you live though! Where I live the water quality of tap water is much better in terms of mineralization and purity. Also there is no microplastic or trash from the filter. Oftentimes the water test reports for where you live are accessible online, so it might be worth looking into that!
Yes of course! Where I live the water contains a lot of chlorine and is very hard. Even though it’s declared as drinking water by our government it’s not necessarily good for our bodies 🙈
