So sad not knowing..that's the problem we get so attached to them and after a few yrs they leave ..it must be such a lonely life for them especially after their moms aunts and sisters showered them with love and now they literally have no one and have to live by their wits and the grace of god..its so harsh that the boys have to leave..i thought i hadn't seen Mickey around too you could always tell him by his coat as it was so dark..we will have to say bye to the likes of Knotty Knitty Jeff Dak Tiny soon..made my cry..i do hope they're ok and in a way i hope that wasn't Baty because that would mean Spocky is on his own and he is younger than Baty..so i hope they're together somewhere..life is hard for the boys when they get to around 4..5..yrs old..🇬🇧💞🐾🐾🐒😢💔
As usual, a very touching video. Your videos warm my heart so much at times, that I'm brought to tears. This was one such video. Once again, thank you for all you do. You touch countless people on the other side of the world, and I know I am just one of many. As always, you remain in my prayers.
Ah dearest, I feel the same. So much change, and not in a good way. I hope that was our sweet Baty. Spocky is fair haired. You would assume they are together. Don't despair. I have faith this too shall pass. ♡ Nurse Carolyn
It's hard not to be one attached to these baby boy monkeys but by now we all know that they won't always be a part of their troops, and they'll be forced to leave. Your videos are so personal and touching that we fall in love with these little boys then we are so very upset when their not a part of your videos. But I'm sure this has been just nature to these monkeys since forever, the way I handle it is that I blindly just tell myself that the area is so vast that our boys are out there somewhere, and that their doing just fine, I tell myself that their doing what nature has intended for them to do since they were born. I don't think about them being scared or missing their mom, aunts and sisters. I know that bachelor man's form friendships and group with others like them to survive, and survive they will. That's how I accept it. And I don't want to know if they're hurt or dead, I just think that it's nature way and our boys are going to be fine , and they'll eventually have their own troop to keep their legacies going.
My gut feeling is telling he's Baty. He's eyes never change. And he's not afraid of you unlike the others. Thanks Mr. AM for this update. Much appreciated 😊
Can u put up your last KNOWN photo of baty and do a side by side, with a poll on your youtube community page? I would love to see how the vote turns out.
Hi Arroz he has a look of Batty why don't you get a picture of the last time you saw him and put it along side this one, he is not afraid of you and i think he knows you. P.S it was wonderful to see Tiny that's what got me binge watching your videos to catch up and Tina grooming him bliss, Thank you.
It saddens me to think that Baty and Spocky may be separated.😔 It is the males lot in life to move on but it is heartbreaking for us who’ve come to love them over the years, watching them from the awkward baby stage to the weaning stage to the point where they are beginning to dwell on the fringes and then we blink, and they are gone. Arroz you have opened a window for so many that would otherwise not even have seen this and I for one am so grateful, and a bit saddened by the disappearance of ones we cherish. However, I will still watch because there are many more to fall in love with.❤️ Thank you sir.🙏
I am not sure, either. Let's pretend it really was Baty and that he is alive, doing well! There is just too much other sadness in the world right now. I am glad to see Tiny. He is changing in looks also. No more baby face. He has filled out nicely and so has Tina. Thank you for the great video Arroz. I have been away for a bit and when I returned home I took a few days to adjust and so I have missed my monkey family for a couple of months. Glad to see all are well even though the times have changed and nothing will be the same again, especially here in the USA and in your country. I can't imagine how we can ever come back from this. Anyway, enough about the bad. Just happy to see our monkeys doing well.
Yes, It is so hard to see our little baby boys grow up and move along! That's just the way their life goes. Normal for them but we,their fans, want to watch them forever! Monkey Hill is an amazing place! Thank you Uncle Arroz for the wonderful video's! They have been a highlight in my time of isolation!
It’s so hard to tell who the adolescences are. Baby’s and adults are ok but 3-4 year olds are still changing their looks. Those three on the bridge though... 🙈🙊🙉 Anyway, I think it is him.
They are all still just so adorable! I’m so glad they have each other & if you’ve found your boy, Arroz, I’ll be glad for you!! You never cease to amaze me that you can remember these darling monkeys & their names & their situations. God bless you for taking care of the lives of these little darlings so that we can see them & get to enjoy them.
Arroz, I love your videos, so much! Earlier I was on Pinterest and just happened to come across another one of those atrocious videos where people have monkeys dressed in human clothes and the woman was feeding to little monkeys, I think it was corn chips. It made me sick!!! The whole scenario made me sick!!! And I told them how it made me sick and I told them they should surrender the monkeys to a monkey sanctuary so that they could be rehabilitated. Thanks again, Arroz, for your wonderful videos, they make me so happy and they help me pass the time away and not think about a medical accident which has changed my life for the last seven years. I depend on watching your videos and others, to help me not think about what happened and what is happening to me as a result of wrong medication.
The only one I will always be sure of is Dopey, no one else has those eyes 👀.🥰 Wherever Baty and Spocky are I pray they are safe and eating enough, which isn’t an easy thing to accomplish when you’re an adolescent, no one thinks you’re cute anymore. But we all do, and they are forever in our hearts.❤️🥰
Baty was so cute! I literally have tears in my eyes bcs of how cute he was as a baby. I really hope he & his brothers are doing well out there somewhere, same for Dopey. 🙏
Thanks for trying to keep tabs on all the boys from 2016 as of November 2020. as a previous viewer commented they all have little pieces of our heart. Perhaps it's best that we don't know one or the other, if it's Baty. Easier to keep hope alive.
I don’t think it’s that bad to be a male, same as humans really I was gone from home at 16 and every once in awhile I stop in to check on family like they do . It’s hard at first but very exciting, they probably have a lot of fun being free running the mountains.
Arroz’s I was doing a close up of the right ear and I’m not for how much their ears change over a time period , but looking at his picture of about 2 an half months compared to the one you have now they do not match. If I was going by that I would say it isn’t him. I’m not a 100% sure but, it is pretty close
It’s so sad when we loose our boys. Growing up is very hard. Thank you Arroz. Such a nice video. I hope Hong Kong gets to stay the beautiful city it always was. Good look my friend and I wish you all the best. 💞💞😥😥
I watched it again, and at around 11:38 to 11:40, freezing and looking up close, he has some resemblance to Grandee and Spocky; his eyes and the shape of his face give it away... I'm sure it's Baty... I wish he took Spocky with him in this troop...
The only ways I could see any resemblance between this monkey and Baty are those kindness/shyness eyes and that they both sits in a similar slouching way. Not knowing is a terrible feeling. 🤓🏴☠️🇸🇪
No, I don't think that was Baty. I watch this the second time after watching very old videos of him and bigger siblings I've never seen before. Didn't know that he was so weak and wobbly in the beginning! Surely he and his brother are still alive and thriving. I think that Baty has a softer touch in his face and bigger ears, but maybe I am failing here...
Oh no, Baty is gone? He was one of the 1st babies that drew me to your channel several years ago! I haven’t been active much following and there is way to much to catch up on as I haven’t followed in a couple of years now. Dopey’s weaning series was probably the last time I followed. Hope all is well Arroz! Good to see your still going strong. Great channel!
My heart breaks for the boys from our troop who had to leave mom I understand why but the way they have to live has to be scary for them and I am so glad that they have you watching out for them you are a blessing to the monkeys and a good friend I look forward to new videos I love the monkeys very much and I have come to think of you as a friend .,.you are a good man thank you for sharing your love of these beautiful animals with all of us 💖💖💖
Hello Arroz hope you have time to read some of the comments. We all really are apart of your stories too. We follow you as you follow them. Amy had a good question do any of these monkeys ever get a treat or goodies since they are not mothers or babies anymore? We have been with them too from the beginning and wish them well
I dont think that Batty would make a concerted effort to put those bars between you and him. Poor little Bat ears loves you!! And he has a small grey spot on his right ear up near the top of his head. I dont see that here.
@@josephhuman7390 I'm ok just discouraged. I got a letter today saying I could only visit my sister if and when she becomes palliative. Otherwise I will be glad to see the end of 2020. How are you my friend?
It's not sexual even though that's how it looks to humans. Both males and females do this gesture, and it can have different meanings such as showing dominance, comfort, an apology or acceptance of an apology. In all these contexts it's a friendly gesture, not a aggressive or confrontational. I'm pretty sure Tina does it here as a comforting gesture. Tiny looks so relaxed being groomed by his mom. Monkey behavior and social interactions are complex and fascinating. They are highly attuned to the body language of all around them which is necessary for their safety, communication and harmony within the troop.
That group of boys on the footbridge are so young to be tossed out. Like our boys. It’s so sad. I mean, you expect it when they turn 4-5 yrs but our boys were just a little over 3 yrs. that’s so young. Too young. I hope they’re ok. I want to believe they are. Thanks Arroz. Hope you are doing well my friend.
It so sad that the boys have to leave their families i couldn't tell if that was Baty or not but i choose in my mind to believe that was Baty and he is doing well and thriving its just so sad all the way around God Bless Baty and the others🙏🙏🙏🐒🐒❤❤ have a goodnight to all thanks
I have the same heavy heart ...... monkeys are getting their portion too. Baty or not, great they are showing themselves sometimes but they always have a room in hearts and people minds. Best to You Arroz !
