Wow, awesome content, and awesome presented! my movementjourney is still ongoing, started basic calisthenics to achieve handstand... then swapped for more fluid form of training, finding animal flow. added flexibility routines, almost being able to get in front and sideplit now. turned 40 two weeks ago. this looks like my next progresslevel of training style, love it
Another amazing video, thank you a lot. I have tried all the movements that the free space around allowed me to do and I will try the remaining ones in a more spacious place in the future. Naturally, I like all content that you make, but for the current period, the most useful videos were like, for example, the latest "Full Body Conditioning Routine", "3D Led Strength and Mobility" or "5 Acrobatic Preparations that you filmed with Karin" -- ideas that do not require a lot of space and momentum. But of course even acrobatics videos contain cool and simple moves/exercises that can be used in a very limited space. I will be grateful for any content, "follow along" or not -- it will be useful to me, if not now, because of its advancement, then in the future. But especially I like collaborations videos, for instance, with Sarah :) Have a good day
