Breaking down one of my favorite rolls: the straight arm roll aka Diamond Roll aka Falling Leaf aka Riffle Roll aka Handstand Roll.
Call it what you want, this pattern looks and feels beautiful once you find the smooth pathway. And THAT can be the hard part of learning. How to prevent yourself from crashing onto your shoulders?
