Finding Friends and Connection as a Quiet Person.
-This week I found myself in a beautiful natural area and it brought back many memories of childhood and the idea of friendships and how this, and and sense of conncetion and belonging can feel so different for different people and I was inspired to make a video and share my experience of what it means to me as a more 'quiet person'. I think it is a very interesting topic of conversation and I would love to also hear your experience if youd like to share.
I will also be making some lovely herbal tea with spring plants, straining my infused oil that I made in a previous video and also chatting with you at the end. I hope you find the video calming and peaceful today.
