AMAZING Peter, he litterly has the same fear that I have. But I'm HAPPY to see that he pushed through and accomplished his goal!! Congratulations. Peter you seem to be an AWESOME mentor!!
Please don't take this as negative criticism. But, a lot of the reason that I (and probably a lot of people) watch this channel is because it feels very un"salesy". Like an almost fatherly, brilliant, professor-type gentleman helping you learn real estate. That being said, I know you have to sell your program and mentorship to make these videos worth it . But, these videos are starting FEEL like part of a sales funnel. Which may actually hurt this channel's appeal. Just my 2 cents. Still great content, but maybe just talk about the mentorship at the end and you could actually see serious student sign ups increase. Again, love the channel. Not expecting you to change anything lol. But I respect you enough to tell you when I see something that might cause me or others to lose interest. I would want that data if it were my channel.
This is great! I just purchase my first single family home. I realize the work isn’t worth the monthly cash flow. My next deal with be an apartment complex! This is the beginning of something new. You got a new subscriber! I’ll keep you posted!
So glad I have become associated with your company Peter. Inspiring stories like this really help in the initial stages. I loved that part when he said, “There’s no option to quit!”
This is one of the best testimonials I've seen. What an awesome job! Peter, I have watched your videos for a while. How do I get started with your programs? Thank you
Thanks Peter for another great testimonial video ! This couple make a great team. I'm so happy for their success (!) Can't wait for my success with Peter.
There are good in every state, especially Michigan, if you know how to find them. But most investors don't know how to find them so they settle for marginal or bad deals.
@@CommercialPropertyAdvisors How do owners work around the rental forbearance? I've interacted with a few in the bay area, and it's been a pain point for some of them. There are plenty of others at the same time though that have amazing tenants.
