Finding Light in the Shadows 

In this episode, Brittney and I begin by discussing her recent camping trip, where she experienced the bittersweet mix of emotions that comes with watching loved ones enjoy activities that aren’t always accessible. We talk about the importance of maintaining a positive outlook, choosing to be a cheerleader rather than feeling like a victim in those moments.
As our conversation deepens, we reflect on the fragility of life, brought into sharp focus by the recent and tragic passing of my dear friend Lucy. Her loss is a poignant reminder to savour every exquisite moment life has to offer.
