We had 5 years of infertility, failed fertility treatments and 2 miscarriages. I went for a shoulder operation only to find out 2 weeks later I was pregnant. My little rainbow baby is now 16 months old.

It took my husband and I 10 years to conceive. That first positive test was a surreal and exhilarating experience. Sadly we lost our son at 16 weeks then suffered an early loss following that. I’m sitting here cuddling my two month old daughter and she has been worth the 11 years total trying. Congratulations to you xxx

I understand how you're feeling. I had PCOS and went to the doctor to had treatments just to cried every month from disappointment. After so long, I and my husband decided to stop having treatment and just let it go. We even talked about our future without kids, and whether we want to adopt a kid or not. I still took a pregnancy test every month just out of curiosity, but not expected anything. One day, I took the test casually, not even really looked at it, and when I just about to throw it into the trash bin, I looked at it once again and see the line. It was really faint that I didn't believe my eyes. I looked at it for a few minutes, thinking I was wrong. And then I tried another pregnancy test (I bought a better one) and it came out I was pregnant! I'm so happy for you!!

I just love these sort of videos. I just love witnessing the pure and sheer joy and disbelief of having the most wonderful news after so many years of heartache. With all the bad news going on in the world I am binge watching these pregnancy videos as well as deaf people hearing for the first time. Colorblind people seeing color for the first time with Enchroma glasses , lost pets returning to their families just so that I can in some small way be part of people’s blissful joy. I just love love love happy people and the things that make them happy. Congratulations and I know all will go wonderfully.

It’s so amazing how you and Kristy are finally pregnant 😭😭 I’m so happy for you both. After all this time trying, it’s finally happening for you both❤️. I hope I can experience this one day, but I’ve had a lot of severe health issues and surgeries. My anatomy has changed and I also no longer have a pelvic floor. I have no idea if I can have one made for me, my GP said it’s highly unlikely any doctor would want to do anything to me with what my body has been through and that I can’t carry a baby with no pelvic floor. I’m planning on seeing some specialists in Sydney to get the final answers, trying not to get my hopes up as I know what the answers will probably be. It’s so upsetting 😞. I’d be ok if I just had to go through ivf or something, but the fact that I can’t even carry. It’s heartbreaking.

Congratulations! I get the struggle of trying to fall pregnant and the heartache and the emotions of it. My husband and I decided about four years ago that we wanted to try for a baby, we tried to do it all the 'right' way by way of Marriage, Built and Moved into a House, had good jobs and saved money ready for the future baby. I think it was about a year of trying for a baby but failing that we started to worry something was really wrong. We sought the advice of many doctors, I even went through surgery (which was the most painful and emotionally challenging experience of my life) where they discovered I have Endometriosis and one full blocked Fallopian tube and the other half blocked. But we continued to try, keep positive, changing our diets and trying every possible method out there. We eventually ended up going through IVF where I underwent injection after injection, so many drugs, the emotional roller coaster of a life time, I had the worse possible egg retrieval and ended up having Hypo which meant I had to freeze my embryos and wait even longer for me to recover before I could do anything. But eventually we got the OK to have the ebryo returned. To avoid heartache I told myself it wont work, Ill never see a positive pregnancy test and we were also told the statistics of it working the first time is next to none but after only one round someone looked down on us and gave us the break we needed and we fell pregnant to my now beautiful 3 month old son. When you have gone through a hard journey like yourselves and like my husband and I did, it just makes it all so much more precious and special when you finally get to see that magic line and believe that it finally is happening to you! Enjoy every moment of your journey. I wish you and your little baby all positive thoughts and strong health! I look forward to watching your journey!
