I find I have many fantasy Me, and they sometimes fight, or rather to say, what some of them want is not at all the same as what others of them want... But I think we have an understanding of one another. What do I do to realize all these various Mes are somehow all fake when they all know one another and control me in cycles all the time? I feel you are asking for an impossible thing as well, as the Me in people is the same Me and is real to me. Or rather, you may be saying to let go of the things you attach to to enable yourself to be free from the draw backs of where yoiu are now, like if I let go of something then my life would be easier because others would not see the target on my back...
