OK, got to 13:40 into the video and ask to comment on what customer value I am looking to identify: From my perspective, considering I am selling solutions that drive sales revenue, I want to understand their key metrics when they are selling - sales lead conversion, volume of leads, average length of sales cycles, average deal size and, importantantly, how have their existing sales tools, processes and initiatives performed to deliver a predictable sales pipeline
