a lot of jewlery trends are powered by social media and current influencers. I feel that jewelry is just becoming a "status symbol" similar to how the "kylie cartier era" and its a shame because in today's day in age its shameful to like the things you actually like because you seem "Uncool" if you don't follow the trend. best thing to do is just buy stuff you love, because to you it will be priceless.
Thank you so much for all the knowledge about jeweries that I haven’t never seen anyone who gave a deep details we all need to know. Appreciated your content as always!!❤
I love that you reply to comments here! You’re one of the few content creators I got an answer to a question I asked. If you don’t have the clash hoops, those might be a great option to the juc ones. Also the new love hoops with the hanging ring are a really great size and not too heavy and could be slept in. I wish they didn’t add the second removable hoop, bc it looks silly when worn together and feels like they did it just so they can charge you more. 🤔🙄 The pave version is dreamy though.
Your new Cartier pendant looks awesome! It sucks having that “why did I buy this” moment when it comes to luxury jewelry. I’m working on building up my collection but it’s so hard because VCA is pre-order for everything I want 😑 lol
😂 has not happened to me. I have low key jewelry that is 24k but super unpopular. I genuinely want a Cartier love bracelet in yellow gold but only if someone buys it for me because I can’t justify the price. I love that I wouldn’t have to worry about losing it or having to take it off because it’s so secure. I don’t know any other bracelets that secure so well
I bought two pieces in the wrong size: thin JUC bracelet and the Frivole BTF ring in YG. As a result, I don't wear either as much (I bought the regular JUC with diamonds in the correct size). You're absolutely right about sizing. Incredibly important. The issue with the VCA Frivole ring is since stock was so limited, I wasn't able to try on different sizes to compare. I bought what my SA had. Big mistake. I can't bring myself to sell these pieces since I can technically wear both and do on occasion, but they are expensive mistakes.
I love how rose gold looks but it don’t look good with my complexion so I only wear yellow gold. Rose gold matches your complexion though you’re lucky lol
Some. Forever 21 jewelry turned or broke on me before they made major improvements Charlotte Russ is good Sears faux lab gemstones in costume jewellry outlasts real pieces i miss Montgomery Ward Woolworths Burdines Steinmart too TJ Maxx awesome
I try to curate my jewelry collection with items I truly want, however the one piece I got swayed by social media was the Hermes Clic Clac bracelet. Got it a few years back, never really wore it and ended up selling it. Totally agree with you on the JUC ring. It’s a pointer finger ring. I actually just got one in yellow gold last weekend. I love it more than I thought I would❤️ so while I was at Cartier I tried on the small Love bracelet to see how it stacks with my Love cuff. I haven’t been a small Love bracelet fan but stacked with the Love cuff, I fell in love. Looks so good. So now I’m obsessing over that😅 I’ll have to buy it eventually😂
Great and funny video! The intro was like...😂😂 How is you acting class going? I feel like the rosegold pieces look more bold to me than the yellow gold ones. What would be your next purchase at Cartier? ❤
Yes I have VCA MOP Alhambra bracelet 5 motif sitting in my j. Box and I practically never wear it ….. for 2 years 😞no no I still love it ! It’s amazing . But not practical . I m scared even wear it in restaurant . So probably will sell it in near future ……. Ahhhh
My VCA mother of pearl vintage alhambra necklace. I wish I had got the the guilloche. NOT influenced.....I always wanted the piece I just chose the wrong stone.
I love your collection as you know! Do you think the white gold guilloche would pair well with YG Cartier pave love? Or do you recommend something else? 😘
Thank you :) I LOVE mixing metals, so I always try to incorporate wg where I can. For me it's 100% yes, but definitely try it on first, yg guilloche + pave also could work, but you know me lol, I'm all for mixing..
Hi! Love your videos. What do you think about the Perlee Clover collection? Have you thought about getting the Perlee Clover bangle? It's beautiful, imo. Also, any thoughts on Boucheron or Graff?
Thank you! I like the perlee clover bangle, but think it's too expensive for a piece I won't wear often. I don't wear my love bracelets as much, because I try to incorporate my other pieces.. Boucheron is ok, graff is a no.
Just found your channel and really enjoying your content! Debating between VCA Alhambra necklace diamond or Cartier love necklace pave, you have both, which one would you get if you could only get one??
Hello… I really like your RU-vid content and of course your van cleef collection. May I please ask you for a suggestion. I currently have the 5 motif onyx bracelet and the vintage necklace. If you were to pick one out of sweet Alhambra 6 motif rose gold bracelet or the guilloche which one would you pick? Thank you ❤️
I would get the guilloche, because I’ve had the 6 motif and returned it. The chain was a bit thin for me, but if you’re into delicate pieces, you might love it xoxo
Small juste un clou ring. I have worn it for 2 years and it causes pain to my finger everyday as well as caused a callus to form where the nail head sits
