When you strip wire, if little pieces of conductor are getting cut - that means you are doing it wrong. That is a common issue with Powerbox wire, which is a non-standard size and no strippers are made for it.

Agreed but I won’t stop using their wire for that reason. I’m fine with losing 1-5 of the hundreds of strands.

How do you calculate your weight and balance for the C.G. ?

Generally with RCCGMACHINE but the owner has a current F16 so will be weight on nose.

All that retract complexity could be completely minimized with e retracts. Not sure why skymaster/ bvm is so stuck with air systems

Scale landing gear would be a massive challenge in this size of aircraft. Typically there are locks built into the mains of some sort which would be a bear with electric.
