Great work, and no doubt really satisfying as well. One of the better forms that i've seen constructed.

I've seen some of your videos. Really respect the heck out to you for tackling your projects by yourself; and the precision that it takes. How do project owners react when they see yor "crew"? Suppose experience and referrals are your marketing tools. Keep on.

How do you calculate the rebar sizing and other loads? I’m confident in figuring out carpentry but this is another whole ball game. I need to build a 10,000 gallonish cistern as I can’t find anyone to do it. I suppose I could find a structural engineer but this shouldn’t be that hard. It’s a box with a top. But I’m finding it’s not like looking up load span tables. I suppose just overbuild it? (Likely would anyway). But sometimes overbuilding with concrete can be detrimental.

I always use a structural engineer and they will specify rebar size and location, they make some plastic cisterns that look like a giant septic tank that alot of people use , might be easier

What does it cost to rent forms? I know you can re-use the wood, but the 3/4" plywood is going to have a bunch of holes in it. It might be easier to just rent forms. Also, I've used insulated shallow footings. In michigan all you need to do is run 1 1/2" (it might be 1") foam board 14" into the ground, nothing else. Our frost depth is 42" for conventional concrete walls.

There is places to rent forms ,you would just have to check the area where you live, they also have aluminum forms they rent too

What thickness is the plywood? I'm wondering how it held up while pouring, no bellies in the middle between the snap ties?

3/4” there’s a lot of support with the brackets and 2x4s keeps it really stiff

Where did you get all your jahn a brackets. They are really expensive when you add up how many you need.

You can find them used, or you can rent them I bought mine used for 1$ each and then sold them for same price when I was done (good luck)
