Dude, you're an absolutely dedicated and amazing costume maker, and you're a full time cop! I still can't get over that! You are my role model, I have nothing but the utmost respect for you. I won't be anywhere near PAX unfortunately, but I'll definitely watch the highlights if you make a video! Have a great time! :)
Oh man. I was in the exact same crunch for PAX East 2016... only mine ended up with a small chemical fire... oops. Love seeing all the updates and nice to know others find themselves in this type of situation too.
Looks pretty good, i've been working on taking the templates from the game and turning them into files i can adjust to foam. Havent made a cosplay since i did my Daft Punk back in late 2013, so i'm hoping it goes well in time for October.
Im trying to make my own t-51 power armor but i was trying to figure out how much foam i needed to buy. This is my first big armor cosplay. And i was gonna base mine off of yours since it came out awesome. I was wondering arpund how much did you use for yours?
Thank you! If you watch my other videos on my T-60 Armor I give lots of tips! (especially the first video, "Tips on Making Foam Armor" ) I don't put my patterns up on line because I usually end up editing them and there isn't a good way to make them scale-able and online friendly for people to use.

Update on that. I thought I bought a Saturday NYCC ticket, and was going to finish boots and lights Friday morning. I opened my ticket, and it was a Friday ticket. lol. That lead to a 3am drive and no boots. Fail.
