Your plumbing is quite a bit more complicated than mine. All pipes come out of the wall on mine. I clicked on your video to see how workable sheet vynil is for this kind of application. I want to cut mine with notched corners to fold the vynil up the sides of the cabinet and back wall, then silicone caulk the corner seams. I think using a heat gun or high wattage hair dryer will soften the vynil to make it more workable. I think a pin nailer will help to keep the sides in place as the adhesive dries.
