You can do it, but studying only selling by land is not good enough. You must have other sources to support your study.

Hello sir! hope you doing very well. Actually my uncle will be my sponsor. He is a businessman. He is continuing business with his 2 friends for many years. The trade license of this business is in the name of his friend as his friend is the owner of this business. I wanted to know that "Can I apply for the resident permit with this trade license as the trade license is not in my sponsor's name?" Please reply sir.
