It really is. Hard to listen without tears as a 30 year old finnish guy who was raised to understand our christian roots, our history and trained to military reserve with my country fellows at the edge of adulthood. Koti, uskonto ja isänmaa (home, religion and fatherland) - old motto that was used by our ancestors who claimed this land for their offspring.

I would go and say that the translations are made by those who publishes the videos. As you might know, there is no way to translate Finnish, specially when it goes to our soul.

Theres not even mention of "blue" in the finnish wording, and there is no mentioning of the "sound" in english translation. Even in my lame interperation, I would say a better translation would be [Kuin itse taivahan kansi sois] [As if the lid of the heaven would echo]
