Seeing Finny become older is actually sad for me. I have so much love for him after watching him for so long, imagining him as anything but the young fox who would pee all over the house or play tag with his human family is actually hard to think about. My dog passed away a week before Xmas and I rescued him about 15+ years ago now. All you can do is give them as much love and comfort as possible and enjoy the time you have left with them. Finnegan was a good Fox and certainly deserves all the love and good boys before crossing the rainbow bridge!
