This is instructive and useful. So a good instruction for dialing in the grinder. An improvement would be to add a little fun and tasting of the espresso. I am certain that you are able to not only explain the math, but also the tweaks!

Hey Greggory Question does the Fiorenzato ever make to grinds hot. I have been going back and forth with the Mahlkonig E65S and The Fiorenzato F64Evo Pro. Curious to know your thoughts and appreciate your content.
