Same here. When saying they would make the blessed weapons "stronger" I thought it referred to raising their might, not that they would be the only usable weapons from that point onwards XD
It's been like a *decade* since I played RD. Came to listen to the OSt again out of nostalgia, and its just...hitting me, full force, how much I loved this game. The sheer majesty of this theme, as you face off against the Creator, between the grandiose opening, the dramatic strings, the quiet lyre, the explosive brass and *those drums.* Goddamn, I want to replay this really badly right now.
As I’m typing this I’m at the gym and was listening to god shattering star from 3 houses and thought “man I bet RD soundtrack would slap right now” boy was I right
I really liked the fact that battle themes in RD didn't start over again at the beginning of every fight. PoR had some pretty amazing ones, but you only ever got to hear the same parts over and over again.
And to my knowledge, this map theme is the first time in the series where the map theme overwrites even the battle themes, and plays even during attack animations.
1:10-1:25 is honestly the best part for me. Probably the most climactic song in FE history, but this really serene part in the middle of the chaos really makes it for me.
Ahhhh I miss this game. Those blamed Dragons. Astrid, Ike, Sigrun, Laguz Royals, Mia, Nephenee, Zihark, Ilyana, and so many more. Solid soundtrack, banger Fire Emblem game.
I'll miss FraustWyvern 2112. It's a shame that he deleted his comment with over 200 likes. He also deleted his channel. I wonder why he's scared of me. All I did was show him some love. Oh! Ashera one of the best designed bosses in Fire Emblem. If we're talking about final boss maps, then Conquest has the best final boss maps.
