This was a really nice piece of content. It's a shame people are being so petty with the thumb ratings as I don't believe its reflective of the quality of the actual video.
Didn't buy it, won't buy it, don't like how they did it , but the deck tech is sweet and your content captivating , keep expressing yourself buddy !! :)
That might be the biggest shame of these cards, there's some crazy awesome mechanical stuff for multiplayer buried under all the branding and distribution controversy. The designs themselves are very cool.
Here's a bit of positive engagement: has zealous conscripts fallen out of favor specifically because of the CMC? I feel that Hyrax is a dead card if not part of the combo, but zealous can be used anytime, and sometimes to great effect
I mean channel fireball Is a business and people like this product and some people don't like it (I personally am in the middle) so I mean it's just another way of channel fireball getting more money
@@Foxribble19 100% get that, it is a truly valid point. Based on money alone, it makes sense to put together content for the specific product. However in my opinion, and in the opinion of a large portion of the Magic community. The Walking Dead content is a predatory product, that goes against what the company has said on a number of occasions about what they will produce. Sigh, I'm sure you've heard it all before, just disappointing.
I was extremely loudly anti-this-product, but I don’t mind this video because the order window is done - Wizards doesn’t make any more money on more people wanting this product
@@uiop60 that's true but sadly these cards are probably extremely expenses now which is why people were mad about it in the first place aside from the fact that they were mechanically unique cards made into secret lairs
Was wondering if theres a reason not to play uncage the managerie in this build, i mean, by paying 5 you can search basically all the combo pieces, you can search the hyrax tower, celebrant and also imperial recruiter which searches for the kiki-jiki. Its kinda slow but since its a mid-range deck and you are constantly nuking the board with clasms, i see no reason not to use it.
I start a darle deck i just didnt dinish it i focused on give people creatures and forcing attacks i actually like the idea of pyroclasm effects thanks for the idea
Wow! So many salty nerds it’s hilarious. If you don’t like the product don’t buy, hell I didn’t buy it. That said I’m not gonna throw a tantrum and thumbs down the video. Pat enjoys brewing let him do his thing! It’s a cool list and a well thought out video, respect.
Not gonna happen This product is bullshit made to exploit consumers and fucks up the entire premise of secret lair (which wasn't good already, actually) Anything that showcases this product should tell it how it is, the worst decision wizard's has ever made
@@cacs2201 honestly, secret lair TWD is a terrible decision, but amongst the hundreds of awful decisions WOTC has made, it barely sticks out anymore. in the end, the commander RC could have banned these cards. but it is what it is, why not brew around them anyways? proxies always exist.
@@HopelessXzavier yeah, I don't think you get anything you're talking about The cards are LEGAL FOR REGULAR PLAY This is the absolute worse decision that they could ever have and this opens a loophole for them to manipulate formats by creating powerful cards that will have limited availability If you don't see a problem with this, you must be even dumber than you look
I get that this product was controversial but it's honestly just damn cardboard at the end of the day if people don't like the product don't buy it jeez Patrick shout out to you for fighting through the hate and brewing what you want to brew it's not the fault of the cards its the creators wotc don't hate on the brewers
Probably not a good idea to make a video about any of the cards until everyone can easily get a hold of these, no amount of warning people to not watch will help you not get a million dislikes and hate comments
@@HopelessXzavier No I get, that but cards that are incredibly hard to get to do predatory sales practices shouldn't be promoted, not wanting people to say "its okay wizards, you should totally prey on your customer base" really doesn't make you a man baby, a man baby is someone who'd blindly buy the cards to begin with despite how shitty the circumstances
I mean there will be people that enjoy the card and a lot that don't. He enjoys the card and wants to make this for the few that also do. No need to be rude about it
