Some of the duels that Cobrak and I did on the 5.4 PTR last night. Keep in mind these were just a few duels of a 2 hour duel session we had. My mic sounds different in this video because I got a new headset for when I'm actually playing. For commentaries I'll still be using my old condenser mic. For those of you that are asking, I won about 80% of the duels.

Yeah i normally do that but you can't do that vs a lock that's using felhound with pet sac talent to summon 2 of them. He has 3 silences, he won't let me do that shatter combo unless he used his 2 pet cs already. Hope you understand. Thanks for watching!

Everyone asks this, but I will answer it again :) First of all, the frostbolts that your mirrors throw can break your dragon's breath, frostjaw, novas, etc which will break your cc chain since it allows him to fear and lock you. You need to take advantage of your ccs so you can min/max as many spells into him while controlling, otherwise you tend to fall behind since locks have so much healing. Also popping mirrors means lock gets more (damage/healing) from embers when he aoes them with RoF

I feel like such a nerd that has stepped back in time :D I love watching your videos and Cobraks of course as I am a warlock through and through. I have been sick lately stuck in my room having enough energy to make it to my pc to watch videos and that's about it and I have been binging you 2. It's crazy to think this was 10 years ago :D

This is the PTR. How do you know that you have more spell power and pvp power than more during the ptr? This was when I had full greivous gear, it's impossible to have more gear than I did in this video man..

Just if you didn't figure it out already, being in the same party means battle fatigue doesn't kick in. His heals should've been 60% less =P

He's on the PTR. In 5.4 glyphed spellsteal will heal mages for 5% of their maximum health if a spell is successfully stolen. You can hear Hansol tell Cobrak he needs to buff himself so Hansol can heal via spellsteal.

Yes. You use both Frost and Fire spells as a Fire Mage

Hansol you are the single best mage I have ever seen honestly man I been hoping to see you duel Cob for a few months now since I first saw you were commenting to one another on each other's videos and I gotta say you guys should do some 2's and 3's together both of you incredibly skilled players who could achieve very high MMR this /next season

I use glyph of Ice Block so when I come out of block I'm immune to all spells for 3 seconds. What happened there was, I came out of block and I started casting sheep so he would cs into my immune.

You and Cobrak are the only two pvpers I regularly watch. Love seeing it from both your perspectives. P.S. a "How to Not End Up in the Graveyard" video for hunters and good feral druids would be nice.

Because I was using Ice Block glyph in substitution for the Evo glyph. Imo, it's better vs locks.

Hey man! Nice videos. I just came back to wow from like a 4 year break and your guides have really helped me catch up. I loved the arcane power + pom + pyroblast combo back in the days and was looking for a similar playstyle, firemages are even more fun now. I would love to see you playing a few against frostmages, i feel really handicaped against a good frostmage so just want to see how you counter them. Keep up the good work dude! Burn shit up

hey hansol I was just wondering in the 2nd fight that you lost in you had combust up towards the end of the duel why didnt use it for the stun an just shatter after? Love the video just am wondering if there was any reason why? keep up the good work :)!

Hansol, wat about using the trinkets from the raids??? pretty much the intell ones all scale down to 6k intell increases when they proc???? also is there a chance of duelling against ZiQo??? I know he is on EU server just thought there might be something u could organise???

nice video, you should try inferno blasting as soon as sheep goes off, gives you heating up proc but doesnt effect sheep

instead of using harsh language, try reading the patch notes. they have redesigned the frost mastery, which reduces the damage they deal.

nice video!! to know the cooldowns of your enemy you can download vialcooldowns, it shows the spell and the cd timer above his name :D and plz make a vid about ferals ^^

Thats if it lands.. most of the time it gets 'absorbed' and you get stuck on cool down for 10secs while your opponent regens whilst eating through your cloth like cotton candy.

Not 100% but I'd make a guess that it's there purely for fighting warriors or shammies to make spell reflect and grounding totem useless. I imagine it could be useful for killing spirit link too. Like I said though, just a guess.
