I feel like if he just ran a straight line he’d get away from them anyway. Or he could’ve just stayed somewhere they couldn’t reach. I mean in the library he does all that to wind up right by the entrance again, letting them catch up straight away instead of letting them get stuck further in
luna wolfking Exactly! So much potential for a tv spinoff, just keep this animation quality, have like a 3 season run drop teen titans no and cartoon network is saved
Man, I freakin' LOVED this movie!!!!!!! I remember watching this for the first time. I saw the commercial for it on CN and REALLY wanted to watch it. I was also really into dragon-type stuff at the time, too.
Lightblade Absol bro me 2, especially the generator Rex/ Ben 10 crossover, after that I couldn't stop watching Cartoon Network, I took 2 years off it and the only main cartoon now that's keeping on Cartoon Network is Steven universe
shizuwolf I know man Firebreather would make such a kickass series.I heard rummors a tv series was in production but for some stupid reason they decided to cancel it.Some people......-_-
Wow the animation is actually better than I remember. I loved this movie so much when it came out. I really wished CN turned this into a series or at least made a sequel. A missed opportunity I guess..
I'm guessing they didn't want to waste money on something that they thought wouldnt yield a higher reward. This movie definitely set itself up for a series. Sadly the cheap way to do longer animated shows is in the CalArts art style. It sets the bar very low for beginners in animation, but for movies like Firebreather to be addapted into a show is now considered impossible.
Bruh I was thinking about this movie earlier in the day. But this scene came was the one that stood out, can’t believe it’s been a decade since this film came out.
I’m so happy to see so many people remember this movie and still like it. I remember the countdown to watch this on tv for the premiere. It was great. I wish for more.
Best movie ever, I remember watching this on Cartoon Network and then the next day talking about it with my friends at school, I loved this scene and the labratory scene with the kaiju
0:21-0:24, Fast as the hawk that flew beside him! Fastest and most agile parkour I’ve seen in my life, and I’ve seen this movie it up to twice in my life.
+Jorie Nwachukwu oh thats not what i meant , i meant to say i missed when cartoon network made their moives instead of using old moives like diary of a wimpy kid
Seriously Cartoon Network should have expanded on this and made it a series. I can already imagine the merchandise and apps that could have made solely based on the series but like Young Justice they never knew potential when they had it
The breakfall rolls look wrong, the one of the student guy might have been intentionally a gymnastic roll as he mightn't be trained but even the one the firebreather guy did looked too much over the back. Small little thing but otherwise it was pretty awesome.
I strongly feel that the cartoon movie of (FIRE-BREATHER) deserves to be made into a show series. The reason why is because I genuinely enjoyed both computer-animated movies of (FIRE-BREATHER).
Seeing the commercial, I thought this was gonna be one of those movies that I wasn't going to be too into, but I was intrigued so I decided to watch it when it came out. Boy was I wrong. Definitely one of my favorite CN movies.
This could have been a good show too bad cartoon network has no taste and they have shows like mad, teen titans go? And that orange crap. I swear in like 2007 when that xiao Lin showdown show was on cartoon network was really good and productive. Now they have a bunch of duty shows. This movie was one of the best cartoon movies if seen. A series would have made a whup load of cash.
They cheaped out to Tumblr artists and CalArts style. And now it's difficult to get a show that has potential to be great(like Firebreather), off the ground because the cost is more to animate more detailed animated movies/shows. Which is why we had shows like Gravity Falls (Fantastic!), Steven Universe (Great), SVTFOE (So So), and many others long running shows cheap to animate.
Man I've been trying to remember the name of this for so long I never got to see the end of the series because I moved and around 4 years later I was able to get cartoon network as a channel again but by then this was over with
