I recommend downloading the utility for those that only have ethernet extension. The website requires a wifi connection so i just updated that way.

I have the TP-Link TL-PA8030P ver2 for europe and there is no firmware on the website. For ver1 there is; but on the backside of my product, it clearly says "ver2". Do you know why that is, or if the device does it automatically? i just wanna know if my device has the latest, coz i have been experiencing connection fails.

Say, I got the TL-WPA8630 KIT. My 5G signal is comparable to my home WiFi router. However the 2.4G speed is ridiculously slow compared to my home WiFi... what do you think?

Hi i"ve buy pair of extenders from market but pa4010 is ok. I can connect on it and ewerything is good but second device is AV500(physicaly) but in device is firmware of AV600 and the devices dont comunicate together. Is any way to downgrade it to get AV500firmware there or must buy new dev.? Thanks a lot.

Thanks for the video, I want to know if you can update the firmware device separately itself or you have to update through the kit firmware only? I have an old TP-Link AV500 TL-PA 4026 kit and I wanted to update my tl-pa4010 with a higher version(currently V1), is this possible? I already connected my pc with the 4010 and used the only firmware kit available and worked but I want to use the 4010 firmware, can I do this? Thank You.

I have an re200 WiFi extender and my problem is when I connect to my host network I can’t access the domain page. But when I’m not connected to the host network I can access the domain page but there is no WiFi for me to download the firmware update. Any clue on what I should do?

I have a problem, don't know what happened, but I applied the same firmware you downloaded to my TL-WPA4220(US) and each 2 o 3 days need to be disconnected because the wifi disappears and stays like zombie mode, can't even reach by IP like 192.168.1.XXX. Do you know something about this problem?
