Second tournament was Worlds Celebration? Hate to nitpick, but wasn't Grass banned on the Worlds F&L list? I know Grass came to 1 on the recent TCG ban list, but Worlds ban list came out a little sooner, when Grass was still banned in TCG land. I also know people were playing Lacrima and Apollousa at Worlds, and those were recently banned in the TCG.
I hate how people cant make there own decks they just go with whats powerful and easy it shows me there no duelist youll be surprised of what you can create if you just sit with cards and read but playing the same deck but just a different person behind it is not fun at all GET CREATIVE PEOPLE
You're right, I created a Gishki control deck with Frog that is super broken. I've used it in Dueling nexus and everyone thinks it's a meta deck since it leaves you 5 to 6 interruptions and can bring the Toad to the field several times.
Because its not 2004 where there was not much social media to go off of. The cards that they create now yu sometimes cant just throw in any deck. No one that has created theyre own deck has won anything.
look people this format is not bad it's actually really good and better then weeks ago so stop crying about it and get over it I am just sick of the complaining also snake eyes are just trash and garbage not even a challenge
Yugioh format has been awful for so long now. I hardly play anymore. Last time Yugioh was actually balanced and fun was before power of the elements came out.
The format is as bad as people say it is. It may not seem like it now, but post ROTA (Rage of the Abyss), which comes out in about a month or so, it will be a T0 format again and ultimately, the banlist changes will not have done anything to make the game healthier and fun to play. I played one locals post INFO and pre banlist, and I just hated it so much I havent gone back to locals since. I've enen traded away my Yubel deck for 2 Edison decks. The only time I've played IRL yugioh since was at an Edison side event at Regionals (lost in time vs mirror). Unfortunate you havent gone back to HEROs. Will only come back to modern for the new support which comes out next year. Also, you mentioned you couldve made appo G1 R1 of the first tournament but appo is banned so you couldnt anyway unless that tournament was pre banlist.

@codywellsbigdog5908 what part of what don't I understand? Rouge is saying the format is not as bad as people say it is and all I'm saying is I disagree with him on that and it will get worse in the future. Maybe I shared too much but the point is the same.
