I’m watching this video bc on the 4 of march (it’s now the 31st of march) I had an heart attack which at the time I didn’t know that but it’s a very scary thing to thru tbf but I had no chest pain just short of breath etc and I’m a 15 yr old boy with literally no heart disease I literally have nothing wrong w me but some how out of the blue it just happened but I’m all good now ofc it was a scary thing to be in the pov with

Try to takie b1 vitamin, it really helps. The daily recomended is like 1mg per day i take one tablet a day which is 120mg. It's like over 9.000% of your daily recomend and it really help. Wish all the best for you
