Yeah I was taught both ways, 2 breaths 15 compression, then they made it 30 compressions BUT when you let go to give them a breath, all your hard work starts to diminish(electrical pulses). That’s why it’s better not to stop the compressions. If you have someone with you, ask them to do the breaths

I have learned how to do cpr in middle school! No not breathing into persons mouth, it’s chest compressions! Simular to the hemlich maneuver

@@VOLTRONDEFENDER4440 CPR with rescue breaths is always better, but hands only is better than nothing. Also, using a defibrillator/AED with CPR does nothing with a heart attack, only if they are having cardiac arrest. edit: CPR isn't similar to abdominal thrusts besides you using hands in both.
