There are a few places to get snack food, donuts, 🍩 and coffee. ☕️ But the station does not have reliable restaurants yet. No Starbucks. No KFC. No McDonald’s. No Subway. But yes, Halim Station does have Indomaret and some local snack bars.

Coba rasakan sensasi naik kereta api terjauh 930 km (Jakarta - Jember). 14.5 jam perjalanan. Jika sudah sampai. Dengan naik bis di terminal, 100 km atau 2 jam lagi anda sampai di penyeberangan Bali.

The Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Rail will use 11 trainsets of the derivative of CR400AF called KCIC400AF. There is also one comprehensive inspection train which is also a derivative of CR400AF called KCIC400AF-CIT.All trains are manufactured by CRRC Qingdao Sifang. Of course, the China-Laos Railway is also the export of China's entire railway system, including station buildings and a series of other things.😂 @@kentuckiansabroad

Chinese high-speed trains, Chinese technology, Chinese rails, Indonesia is in debt to China.😅🤭.
@kentuckiansabroad
@kentuckiansabroad Месяц назад
But the trains 🚆 are on Indonesia 🇮🇩 land and will always be regardless if Indonesia 🇮🇩 pays the debt. 💸 So who is winning here? 😝 Indonesia 🇮🇩 gets free trains from another country on a very lenient payment timetable. And if Indonesia 🇮🇩 can’t or doesn’t want to pay, the USA 🇺🇸 will pay the debt in return for a favorable partnership with Indonesia. 🇮🇩
@bruiseknee4367
@bruiseknee4367 5 месяцев назад
This train won't make profit for 40 years at least according to statistic and plus they need to maintain operation cost. There's still local train goes 38 times per day which is enough not to use hsr unless you are in hurry. Also, they borrowed money to build so technically it's owned by china. Now is still an exciting phase with tons of propagandhi so will see the truth in 1~2 years later. then we know what actually happened. Obviously, 1M passengers in 2 month is too low and debts will be built up for sure.
@kentuckiansabroad
@kentuckiansabroad 5 месяцев назад
Technically. But the financing is so lenient is why Indonesia 🇮🇩 chose China 🇨🇳 for the project over Japan. 🇯🇵 But we’ll see how the project progresses. The intention is to build the track across the entire island of Java. And Indonesia 🇮🇩 is discussing a different train 🚆 project with Japan. 🇯🇵
@bruiseknee4367
@bruiseknee4367 5 месяцев назад
@@kentuckiansabroad If China helps Indonesia at first stage, they need to stick to Chinese way no matter what otherwise they need to redo everything by demolishing and rebuilding from scratch. The width of rail, safety, all kind of systems are different.
@kentuckiansabroad
@kentuckiansabroad 5 месяцев назад
I read the Japan 🇯🇵 project will be a different rail line, but I don’t think that project has commenced yet. It will also be a different route from Jakarta to Surabaya using Japan’s high-speed rail system.
@bruiseknee4367
@bruiseknee4367 5 месяцев назад
@@kentuckiansabroad This project will need to continue working with China. Otherwise it will need to start over completely. It's not that easy to take over because it's a different rail width, safety systems and such. No one wants to take blames if any accidents occurred due to the tofu construction. Well, they seem happy even debts building up so why don't they stick to the original partner??
@kentuckiansabroad
@kentuckiansabroad 5 месяцев назад
I think 🤔 Indonesia’s idea is to have more private companies offering more services and building more infrastructure that will hopefully cost the country less money in the long-term. But who knows if that will work out well in 50 years. 😆
