First Day At Gym Malayalam. If you are a beginner, what should you do on the first day of your gym?. we will talk about the basic workout for beginners to start your first day at the gym. We will be talking about the warmups that you need to perform before doing the workout. The basic and full workout plan for beginners includes chest, back, biceps, triceps, and leg workouts.
