I went to Uruguay almost 10 years ago and loved it!!....The people, culture, food, and all the old classic cars that I saw, that people still drive. I drove through 15 of the 19 departments in Uruguay. Met the man outside of Colonia de Sacramento that is in the Guiness World Record Book for his pencil collection!!! I really enjoyed the hot springs in Dayman, south of Salto, in the north. Nice vlog!!!!

You will love it! There are so many amazing places in South America. I have only been once, but I can´t wait to go back and explore more. Now I am in Central America and am absolutely loving it!! :)
if you want to visit Uruguay.. try visiting "costa de oro" at summer. piriapolis and the piria castle, punta del este and punta del diablo.. Rivera is really great and clean place but be carefull dont cross to brasil in that area, it´s quite dangerous

Tiene razón igual el país es una mierda, no se quieran engañar. Que sean de acá no quiere decir que lo tengan que defender, la gente es una mierda y el país en general es una cagada. Que tenga "lindas" playas es otro tema

como uruguayo te puedo afirmar que TU país es una mierda, sin educacion, lleno de pobreza, delincuencia y favelas vigiladas y atacadas por helicopteros, carne que se pudre en el supermercado, sus productores lacteos hacen huelga para que no importen mas productos uruguayos porque no pueden competir ni en calidad ni en precio. encima ahora estan mal hasta el unico que hacian bien que era jugar al futbol y perdieron 7-1 en su casa con alemania el mundial pasado, cerra el culo antes de hablar de uruguay que en TODO nivel es superior a brasil, imbecil.

The "mate" drink is definitely an acquired taste. You felt the hot summer temperature both outside and inside homes. In the winter time a hot mate drink, shared with family or friends, helps conquer the cold temperature.
The Palladium was a great hotel in a great neighbourhood and view from the 10th floor in Montevideo at omly $60 a night with free breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. Some spoke very good English. Staying with that old man does not compare in the least.

She used old Spanish where V was Bey-chica so it would be MonteBideo. No Y sound in Uraguay. The neighbor country Benezuela. No Vey.

Muy bueno todo, pero no cree que es una falta de respeto y educación, subirte en el letreno donde se anuncia, la donde has llegado, cuando uno va a un pais y hasta en el suyo es una mala educación hacer eso que haz hecho, para viajar tienes q educarte primero.
