Friday was a busy day in Viedma, since the General Motors GT22 9077 locomotive from FEPSA had arrived, which was rented by Tren Patagonico to ensure its passenger services.
It is stopping its locomotives to be able to carry out the corresponding maintenance.
We see how the employees are assembling the train to then leave at 6:00 p.m. for Bariloche with the imposing 9077 in the lead, at least as far as SAO!
At 0:25 we can observe the maneuvers to couple the ALCO B819 locomotive to the automobile trays, to later be coupled to the complete formation. We see at 1:49 how the ALCO honks its horn to be able to cross the level crossing, and thus be able to return and be coupled with the formation.
Minutes later, at 3:10 we see the imposing GT22 9077 with a closed wagon also to be coupled to the formation.
This locomotive already had problems with its brake, in fact, that sound can be heard at 4:32. When I was previously filming his transfer from Bahia Blanca, this noise was already being heard, which caused a bit of concern.
At minute 5:00 we already see how everything was ready to leave for San Carlos de Bariloche. We see the great smoke left by the locomotive, showing how it was putting all its power in order to increase its speed, that is why I decided to follow the train for a few kilometers to be able to record its passage in a curve (see at 6:55).
Undoubtedly, I did not hesitate to travel to Viedma to be able to record these moments, as well as the transfer of said locomotive previously from Stroeder, which you can see in my previous video.
This production has been filmed and recorded by me, with my SONY AX40, SONY AX700 cameras and my DJI drone, as well as the editing was done by me, with the Wondershare Filmora software.
