That diverter valve doesnt clear the hood and a different blow off valve will be relocated to the charge pipe and the stock flange blocked off

Having the BOV not recirculate is only a problem if the car is tuned using the MAF. Since this is tuned using speed density I can have a 100% vent to atmosphere BOV.

Its fine to change rims as long as they are marked as "TUV Zulassig". However there are restrictions on wheel arch size, steering angle, springs, ground clearance, and a ton of other stuff. Once you know all these regulations its not that hard. You have to remember these regulations are in place to keep everyone on the road safe. While it may not be "cool" if a car can't pass the TUV inspection chances are its not road worthy or safe.

Was thinking that too. Would be kinda cool to fabricate one that looks like computer fan mesh just bigger, using small diameter tube steel. Could also add a variable speed control to the fans so rather than go on/off it would just regulate based on inlet/outlet temperature.

A goal eventually. Probably start with smaller stuff like a 4 wheeler or something, I can actually fit that in my garage. :P

bad idea, will take forever to warm up all that fluid. water pump needs to circulate water inside the engine and heater core (if he wants heating lol) first, then thermostat opens (slowly!) until it warms up all the water in the radiator and hoses, then fully open, then fan kicks on when everything starts to overheat.

He's completely correct, a lot of people that run an EWP have no thermostat, you can have the water pump pulse to circulate slowly on warm up. It works, and it works well.
