First generation xb vapor canister location. 

I have the same codes and replaced the pcv valve, gas caps, no leaks on any lines. Replacing this evap canister is my next step. Btw, aloha, from another island girly here!

Yes. The vapors have nowhere to escape if the canister is compromised/clogged up.

small leak detected, I'm having a similar issue now. The hoses on PCV system are fine, replaced the gas cap, and the purge valve is fine. The only other option is to replace the charcoal canister
