A few reasons...by today's standards it's slow to react making separation difficult in areas like parks dense in trash or iron, and it's a heavy beast. All part of the multifrequency game. But it still outperforms everything else I've ever seen or used in most cases. Like anything else, one needs to become adept at using it in all conditions or its just another decoration in the garage
