Mahindra engines are everlasting... in India old mahindra engines are always in high demand also mahindra SUVs and pickups are made for rough and tough conditions... i am a mahindra owner since 2008 and have owned 5 scorpios so far!! Fun to drive and good utility vehicles
Basic, but not stripped out. Well enough equipped that you have everything you need to be comfortable. If you want a luxury car, but a BMW. If you want a workhorse that gets the job done, buy one of these.
I have been doing a lot of research and lm looking to buy this exact model here in WA. I did find the measurements on another website. But it was good to see you go round the tray size with a tape measure which answered a lot of questions for me. Did you measure the height of the headboard? I’m 6ft 3 did the seats go all the way back? Regards
My nephew is about 6.3 and he fitted quite well. It was only last night I discovered who makes the trays, Triple M Truck Bodies based in Qld If you hunt around their website you'll find the exact dimensions, weight ratings, accessories and replacement parts. However I don't think the underbody draw will fit because of Mahindra's spare tyre carry system
The general grabber tyres for these are made in India but the company is German and the tyres are actually All terrain...not much chop in mud but great off road if its reasonably dry...
First impressions of driving are: It already has a nickname 'Bucky' cause even on the smoothest of roads, a little bump will buck you out of your seat. Given that, off road she's predictable as, bumps included. It is taking me longer than I expected to get use to gear changing, I've not owned Turbo or a Diesel before …I'm adapting It has a presence on the road which is interesting, it feels bigger than it is {different car/truck] feel. However the visibility is brilliant! The turning circle is shite.
