FIRST IMPRESSIONS OF MANILA, PHILIPPINES
Our adventure in The Philippines begins today! Starting with a casual wander around the Makati area and later moving on to BGC aka Bonifacio Global City. We really didn't expect to see what we did!
We only had one day In Manila before heading to the islands, we didn’t realise how big It was so we definitely feel like going back and Exploring Manila properly!

Hey guys! We only had 1 day in Manila as we had the next flight booked to the islands! We really loved it and feel like we need more time to explore Manila properly so we will be going back and doing it again before we leave. We didn’t really know where to go so we apologise that we didn’t do a lot in the city. Hope to see you in the next one 😁 ❤️

When in the city of Manila, go at the following: 1. National Museums (Allot at least a day to visit these museums, you will almost visit the whole Philippines going here.) 1.1 National Museum of Fine Arts 1.2 National Museum of Natural History 1.3 Museum of Anthropology 2. Rizal Park 3. Intramuros 4. Binondo (oldest China Town) 5. SM MOA, sunset at the bay

Visit Las Casas Filipinas located at Bataan. 4hrs drive from Manila. It is Hailed as Best Historical Hotel in Asia and Pacific. Those houses will give you The true Filipino-spanish vibe.

Hello! New subscriber here in Southern California. Looking forward to your adventures in the Philippines. You are in the newer part of Metro Manila like Makati and BGC. Other cities around Metro Manila are much older and chaotic. Just keep in mind that Philippine tourism is not as developed as other countries. As such, sometimes it can be challenging but sweeter in the end.

Eventually in the future, Philippines will become the Thailand or Japan of Asia in the future when it comes to tourists. I just hope the locals won't get tired of the tourists and still be as friendly as it is now. Thailand is experiencing tourist fatigue as of right now due to this phenomenon and I hope the Philippines won't experience the same.

That will never happen for sure, it's a cultural thing. Filipinos are just wired differently, prolly because of our propensity to just laugh at every calamity or hardship we face perennially thus somehow affecting how we deal with strangers nay foreigners, I mean welcoming them w/ open arms.
