Alex purchased his UltraBee about a month ago and is keen to share his thoughts and why he made the purchase as well as some initial likes and dislikes. We'll follow up with him later on to get his thoughts.
Best review to date. The size of the bike, seeing it next to the Light Bee and disclosing rider proportions was very helpful in finalizing my decision. Thank you
I'm 6' as well, so the light bee is just too small. If I'm going to have power like a motorcycle, I want the size of one. I've been riding liter super sports for ever...like 45 year! Getting back into dirt bike / offroad riding and electrics just look like so much fun...and QUIET.
Talk about range! How far do you get with different modes. And for off road to you feel you always have to be in Sport? Or is daily enough power sometimes?
The ultra is made more for real off road the surron x is more a light trail bike and street in my opinion. The Ultra make a lot of sense for the price when you consider a well modded surron x is 10 to 12 thousand dollars.
Yes it will fit. I have a 100/90-19 Trackmaster II on my Talaria. I also have a stock Ultra Bee. I went and measured to be sure, and the swing arm on the UB is wider than the Talaria.
@@shockadellick No shit Sherlock Holmes… I didn’t take it down the road you did. It’s obvious… I said what I said because it’s the best way to say it. The UltraBee is the best way to go and blows that shitfuck one out of the water.
@@kiwimon3204 There doesn't seem to be a cause to create a legal version. It depends on the state you live in. For instance, in my state and local area the police don't seem to care. It's easy to register the bikes as mopeds. RU-vid the procedure. The best current model is the Talaria Sting-R.
