He has that rare ability to make any genre gorgeously his own. An example that has just passed the 12-million-view mark on RU-vid is Unchained Melody. Or listen to a hymn like How Great Thou Art, a Disney song like I Can Go The Distance, or a movie song like Io Si. You will never be less than amazed at his beautiful voice and the expressive power of his performance. He is also just a lovely, lovely human being: kind, compassionate, and loving. He doe who’s not speak Italian but he sings it flawlessly. You should check out his Empty Chairs from Le Mis or Country Roads (or pretty much anything he sings.) From Puccini to Disney Anthems he is the BEST! And his voice is insanely powerful but he also can back off and be nuanced and tender. Be warned tho… once you fall down the rabbit hole of his RU-vid videos you will be a “Fantoine” for life!
