If you want to try some authentic and good Filipino restaurant food, may I suggest you try the "Aristocrat" restaurant. I think it's one of the oldest restaurants in the Philippines. Really good tasting Philippine food with some Asian fusion dishes. It's a real restaurant, not a fastfood. And if ever you see a "Kamayan" restaurant, that would also be a good option. It's a Filipino buffet restaurant by the way. Probably cost you $20 per person. Enjoy your stay over in the Philippines, guys.
Ali you should try the halo-halo w/c is mix-mix in english literally....it's a famous filipino dessert. It's a mix of ice cream, fruits, milk & crushed ice...you need to mix all the ingredients before you eat & it's perfect for a hot day too. It's refreshing.

I suggest you guys try the food court in Uptown Mall, they have better choices than your typical Filipino fast-food like Jollibee or Chowking. Pepper Steak in Uptown Mall food court is my go to food stall in the food court. You might also want to try the Mercato night street food also in BGC. Cheers guys!

Halo-halo, Adobo, Sinigang, Sisig, Suman, Biko, Isaw Baboy and Isaw Manok, Chicharong Bulaklak and Lechon. Those are few of the food that are distinctly Filipino. :-)

You must visit more of our Tourist spots like Palawan. It's a very great place to visit. And you can do lots of water activities there. You must also try our famous food called Adobo specially the pork one. Coz' it can be port and chicken but I'll recommend you to try the Pork Adobo one.
Nice knowing that you visits us here in the Philippines, you should go places too...Not only Manila, Makati, Quezon City, Tagaytay, go outside Luzon..like Cebu, Bohol, Palawan, etc..I assure you that you will love it!🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
If you like chicken i suggest you go to the most famoust resto for filipinos, JOLLIBEE. You dont have to look far for it because its everywhere! Also tey their spicy chicken, spicy chicken sandwich and the famous peach mango pies!

Ali Halo halo is refreshing desert when you feel hot during summer that's what we use to eat for desert. Halo halo is mix mix in english. It is a mix of several ingredient most of them sweat like gulaman, sago, milk, sometimes there is mango and some others.

Ali since you prefer chicken, I suggest you try " Mang Insal " chicken. It's a famous fast food chain owned by Jollibee. It's the Filipino version of " Nando's Peri Peri chicken " with rice instead of fried sweet potatoes.
