Hi Taku, you probably get comments and messages like this all the time but I just wanted to thank you for your content. It's been helping me out so much during this tough time for me since my father just passed away. My dad introduced me to fishing, camping and that whole outdoor lifestyle. I wasn't able to do much with him because Hawaii is so small but I've been living vicariously through your content lol. It's actually quite interesting how small this world is. I introduced your videos to my dad and while we were watching he said that Ensei is his old best friends SON!! thats crazy, apparently back in the day in japan they used to go cycling all the time and went to school together until my dad moved to the states. I feel that this small connection and your work makes your content that much more meaningful to me. Thank you Taku.

Y'all just drove by my place,yes God's country for sure ,everything is still alive and flowing up here,playground it is , fishing rivers ,ocean, high altitude lakes ,crabbing, eeling ,getting hearing for. Bait on sabikis, digging for razor. Clams ,halibut season is good , the surf is good when it's good ,long mushroom season ,elk ,black tail ,turkey grouse, squirrel, ,man this place is amazing, love your channel bruh, Mahalo.

Oh man. I’ve been fishing steelhead my entire life in NorCal Humboldt area (noticed where y’all pulled over haha) and have never caught a fish of the quality that Jocelyn caught in this vid. To catch a hen that big and chrome AND to have it be hatchery… that’s something else. Awesome stuff!
