Welcome to Shifting Chunks
Come with me as we dive into the world of Old School RuneScape with a unique twist - Xtreme Chunk Challenge! But there's a twist within the twist! Join me as I tackle each chunk of the Oldschool RuneScape map, aiming to complete all tasks and quests within just one hour before rolling onto the next.
From processing obtainable items to mastering skills and unlocking all the skill capes, every minute counts in this race against time. Once we roll onto the next chunk, the clock resets, but the journey doesn't end there. We may find ourselves revisiting previous chunks, adding a layer of unpredictability to our journey.

Oh, and did I mention? I'm on a quest to obtain the coveted Max Cape, but not knowing where I'm headed next makes the journey all the more difficult.

Shifting Xtreme(ish) Chunk Rules
-Spend only one hour in each chunk before rolling to a new one.
-Complete all tasks and quests within the chunk.
-Process obtainable items to the highest level of processing.
-Obtain skill capes available within the chunk.
-Obtain unique drops specific to the chunk.
-Obtain non-skilling pets unique to the chunk.
-I can revisit previous chunks if rolled again, but with the clock reset.

First. Also, you can store the rake at a tool leprechaun.

The reason that the chunk picker doesn't see it is that there's no source of a knife in that chunk, so it doesn't realize you have it.

That really confused me for a long while haha, it took me a bit but i was eventually to tweak the chunk settings to where it knew i had access to knives and such

It doesn't expect you to have a tinderbox since there isn't one in the chunk. This complicates the ability to complete chunks, especially when you get disconnected chunks, or if you get a chunk that has a future grind that you initially "complete" but then need to smith an addy platebody later or something. Are you updating your passive levels on the chunk picker? Would be good for you to rule whether you ignore that or need to update after every hour.

Thanks, that took me a while to figure out what was going on. What i ended up deciding is that when i unlock a chunk that gives a primary training method,that unlocks say addy platebody. That task will be part of the primary training methods chunk tasks instead. Its a bit confusing but i think it is the cleanest way for me to handle it.

Would it correctly generate all the current chunk tasks if you "temporarily" unlock the other chunks you had access to, so it can see you have access to those items. Maybe you found a great solution in future chunks-

@@teodorlb the best way to manage that is to add the items manually to the chunk picker. It took me a while to figure that out though. And i am still finding new things out every week it seems 😂
