@@the_infinitygamer I don't hate it, still not sure which pledge to go for yet. The Core set seems to have a lot, and do I really want to have to paint a lot before trying the game?

Well you can play it in monochrome format until you get a feel for it. Then, if you hate it you can sell it with minis in original condition.

This just doesn't seem like a game for me. Tied to an app, the models designs are meh. My uneducated view is that it's Defiance in a fantasy setting. Have you ever tried Rangers of Shadowdeep or 5 Leagues from the Borderlands? Anyway, good video for people that are interested in the KS.

Really is interesting how different people are. The app really adds so much for me and I think the sculpts are better than many of the D&D ones I’ve seen. No never tried any of those, are they similar but better?
